After Christmas, Scott and I took a little trip for just us. Camille, our au paire, stayed with the boys back home, and we went to explore Paris on our own. It was nice to get away, but we have discovered that Paris is not a good place to go right after Christmas and right before New Years. All the French have this time off and decide that Paris is a good place to spend it, not to mention all the other surrounding Europeans. There weren't many Americans, but there were a lot of tourists! It was nice to see the city, especially all decorated for the holidays. The trip was short, but enjoyable.
